Its not always the city that comes and paints over graffiti like in this picture. A lot of the time its local business that does the cleaning. Yet, no matter who does it, they can never seem to do a good enough job. Might as well just left the tag. Better yet, if we lived in a perfect world only graffiti that sucked would get painted over. If that where the case we would probably see Girafa and Geo all over the city.
